Congrats on the approval!

I left the question blank but during my visa interview the Filipino pre-screener had me put a date (month & year) on it. She said it is just a tentative date no need to be exact :) so I guess you indicate your tentative month and year of departure

I have question about ds156.

#22.When do you intend to arrive in the US?

Did you guys put a date? I was thinking to put "ONCE VISA HAS ARRIVED."

Same.I also put it "blank" as well but the Filipino pre-screener has asked me when is the exact date do I intend to arrive. I just gave him the exact month and year.

whatever date you plan to arrive is ok (they know it's tentative most of the time), but you can't put "ONCE VISA HAS ARRIVED" technically because it's physically impossible for you to be in the US if you then had just received it, right? =)

04-07-2008 Medical exam passed

04-25-2008 Interview, visa aproved, no RFEs!

04-25-2008 Waiting for DELBROS/NSO

05-07-2008 Visa on hand ! Wow, less than 3 months! Thank you Lord!

05-26-2008 POE Detroit, no problems, thank God!

I wrote January 15th/2012 but I'm not entirely sure of the date but I know it will be at least 2 weeks after the start of January. I know a lot of people write "Unknown" or "Unknown at this time".

Yes he can accompany you. While I was on my interview, I've seen applicants together with their fiancee...
