Oh no, I am sorry to hear that. What documents are they asking for?

Take it positively, at least you know now that they are looking at your petition!

Thanks .... for the concern ...

didnot get the mail yet, but I am arranging a bunch of papers and getting ready for whatever they need !

yeah .. I am at least relieved that our time has come and at least the file is out of the dreaded warehouse queue :)

When you guys think we gana get our visa

Your guess is as good as mine... I am hoping for next summer, but my husband will be eligible for US citizenship in February which will hopefully speed things up for us. I can't wait, I am getting fed up with not being able to live together with my own husband!

How is everyone doing? DeathStrike, guvnor2010, lubnajavid, fresia and meika, have you heard anything from the NVC yet?

So far our case hasn't even been touched since last August... I am getting impatient - my husband and I have spent the first eleven months of our marriage living apart and it looks like we'll continue like this for another year at least. I shouldn't complain too much since I remember that the wait used to be much longer a few years ago, and at least we've been able to see each other once a month, but still... It would be nice to finally have some progress on our case.
