New to VJ...

PD is Aug 3rd 2011

Noticed that the CSC and other USCIS status websites were showing a mid november update date all the way through november and december through late january 2012.

Now it shows that the websites were updated on 25th January 2012 and that CSC is "processing" June 1 2011

Has anyone with PDs in June or July 2011 received any NOA2?

I was hopeful in the early days seeing 5 months - now with June 1 - its SAD... im just looking for some kind of movement - a touch would be nice!

NOA1 August 3 2011
NOA2 April 14 2012
NVC receipt May 17 2012

Case upgrade request sent via email April 3 2013

Case upgraded by NVC from F2A to CR1 April 19 2013

Interview June 6th 2013 - APPROVED - case upgraded to IR1 at time of interview based on time married

Visa in hand June 10th 2013

IV fee paid using ELIS June 17th 2013

POE Houston July 15th 2013

GC arrived in mail Aug 12th 2013

SSN card arrived in mail Aug 19 2013 (1 week after applying)

This thread is so quiet... Has anyone been approved or at least "touched" yet? For us nothing new so far, I just keep obsessing about VSC processing time and VB cut-off date movements.

My F2A/IR-1 journey:

USCIS:
4 August 2011: I-130 sent (while husband permanent resident)
8 August 2011: Priority date
16 April 2013: NOA2

NVC:

7 May 2013: Case number received, DS-3032 sent

15 May 2013: AOS bill received and paid

16 May 2013: AOS package sent

17 May 2013: DS-3032 accepted

20 May 2013: IV bill received and paid

21 May 2013: IV package sent

11 June 2013: response to IV checklist sent

13 June 2013: Case upgraded to CR1

2 July 2013: Case completed

28 August 2013: Interview - approved!

21 September 2013: POE

18 November 2013: Green card received

My husband's citizenship journey:

8 February 2013: N-400 sent
4 March 2013: Biometrics
24 April 2013: Interview
12 June 2013: Oath ceremony

nothing here either - i took some time to check a few random case#s on the USCIS check status page and some of the I-130s that i had been tracking were touched and approved - mostly likely they were for IR1/CR1s though as the vast majority of the dates around mine (aug 3 2012) are still in initial review - as is mine :(

as i noted in my first post on VJ - still looking for a touch... some progress

guvnor2010 where did you get your information from that CSC is progressing july?

their last update from feb 21 using data from dec 31 2011 showed they were working on june 1 or earlier... so i guess it is plausible they would have gotten to this by now - but curious where you got your info :)

I suppose the processing times will be updated again soon, although it's a pity that the data is always a couple of months old.

Are you guys calling USCIS or just checking your case status on their website? I am just wondering if my husband should keep calling them every now and then, or whether it's enough to use the online service.

My F2A/IR-1 journey:

USCIS:
4 August 2011: I-130 sent (while husband permanent resident)
8 August 2011: Priority date
16 April 2013: NOA2

NVC:

21 May 2013: IV package sent

11 June 2013: response to IV checklist sent

13 June 2013: Case upgraded to CR1

2 July 2013: Case completed

28 August 2013: Interview - approved!

The last approval am aware of is 'priority date June 27th 2011', that was approved on February 27th, 2012

Yea, Processing times should be updated soon.

Am not calling USCIS, just checking the case status online. I don't think calling them will make any difference since is still within the processing period.

processing times have been updated - it moved a "HUGE" 21 days from June 1 to June 22 for the CSC I-130 F2A category - posted March 20 2012 with data as of Jan 31 2012

I-130 for USC seems to have gone back to "5 months" instead of Aug 2 as it was last months update

That's good news, our California filers are a little bit closer to NOA2.

Unfortunately Vermont is still stuck at 9 January 2011. I am starting to get frustrated... It would have been nice to see at least some movement.

OMG... VSC time frame now even take mooooreee longeeerrr before 10.5months but now they take 12.9 months to approve! wth. :(

Yup. I have a feb 2011 PD and still haven't heard anything. In a few weeks it's going to be 14 months since filing. This is getting absurd.
