Vermont Guys! How is it going at NVC?

We finally got our case number on Tuesday, and I emailed the DS-3032 the same evening. I am curious to see if they accept it. Now waiting for the AOS bill. Most people seem to get it within a week of receiving their case number, so maybe on Monday we'll be allowed to give the US government some money :).

Is your case now complete? If there is no retrogression in July, you have an excellent chance of receiving an interview date for July. I don't know if our case will be complete on time, but we are ready to pay both bills and send both packages as soon as we are invoiced.

My F2A/IR-1 journey:

USCIS:
4 August 2011: I-130 sent (while husband permanent resident)
8 August 2011: Priority date
16 April 2013: NOA2

NVC:

7 May 2013: Case number received, DS-3032 sent

15 May 2013: AOS bill received and paid

16 May 2013: AOS package sent

17 May 2013: DS-3032 accepted

20 May 2013: IV bill received and paid

21 May 2013: IV package sent

11 June 2013: response to IV checklist sent

13 June 2013: Case upgraded to CR1

2 July 2013: Case completed

28 August 2013: Interview - approved!

21 September 2013: POE

18 November 2013: Green card received

My husband's citizenship journey:

8 February 2013: N-400 sent
4 March 2013: Biometrics
24 April 2013: Interview
12 June 2013: Oath ceremony

My DS-3032 was accepted last week, and we received and paid the IV bill yesterday evening. I sent the IV package today, and now we are hoping that our case can be completed by the end of the month or at least by 12 June when my husband becomes a USC. It is such a relief that we are finally this far in the process!

Good luck to all of you who already have a completed case - I hope you'll get interview news next week!

You should start your own thread for this question to get better answers. I don't think anyone participating in this thread is a CSPA expert, and the real experts will not read this thread and hence will not see your question.

How are you all doing and how is it going at the NVC?

I got a checklist for my IV package :( The checklist doesn't make sense to me, but I don't really have any other choice but to respond to it. I am sad that this is going to delay our case complete, but maybe we still have a chance for an August interview.

How are you? You got an interview for July, didn't you? That's amazing, an F2A visa in less than two years!

Hi Athena I hope everything goes well with your case. I just wanted to uptade you in my case which was completed last week because we sent the documents late cus I was waiting from IRS to assign an ITIN number for my husbund and as soon as they did I ordered the transcript and we sent all the document and the case got complete just 2 weeks after. Today I called NVC to find out for the interview and the lady told me : " now we are in June and for June we are scheduling people with PD Jun 8 2011, you should wait until the end of july to have and interview schedule". Is it how it works? I didnt really understand, anyways I hope you get a case complete and reunite with your family?

You have to wait for the next run of the Visa Bulletin because that's when they send out the interview letters (every first week of the month).
