HI VJers,

Well now that we are very much settled in our lives , we are sooooooooo ready to bring his son ( which was included on the original K1 app) but we opted out of bringing him at the time of Azzeddines visa. Because we wanted to be fair to him(son) and have his Baba adjust first and know this is good place for him to be.

Now we have received written notice from his mother (which is also out of the country) His grandmother his taking care of him rite now , for us to bring him here.

So where do I begin ....... !

My husband has been here since 4/2010 he is working full time and so am I so the income guidelines are not a issue.

At the time of the interview the Consulate said we can bring him at anytime cos his father has already been approved but I dont think it really can be that easy.... Should I begin by contacting the consulate ?

Thanks so much for any info that can be shared !!!
