You gotta lot here but for the benefit of those who are reading....

-NSO Birth Certificates is enough you don't need the Original Birth Certificates

-Baptismal Records isn't needed either because some beneficiaries are not born Catholic

-How My Fiancee and I Met: Our Story- not needed

-College Transcripts/PRC RN Nursing License- not needed

-YM Chat Transcripts from 2009 to 2011 Present- most likely won't be checked -click here

Also Police Clearance from abroad if you lived there at least 6mos.

Don't forget to organize these really well. Buy baby black industrial clamp. The window of the pre-screener is so small.

looks good to me, I hear its best to update letters of intent to marry rather than showing the same one from months ago that was used (dated) for the petition. NBI is best if not more than 6 months old even tho valid for 1 year

Yeah I updated everything that needs to be updated. All Philippine documents are less than 3 months old. Hope everything turns out well. Thanks for helping me with my list!

Everything's organized well. I used black mini clamps and black paper clips to hold everything together. Also, everything is separated where it should be... I-134 documents all in one clear see thru folder, evidence of ongoing relationship in another folder, DS-156, DS-156K, DS-157, NBI Clearance, NSO Birth Certificate, etc. all in the other folder.

Fiancee has never been abroad

We're bringing college transcripts and PRC RN license just in case they wanted evidence that she's a licensed RN, assuming they take into consideration her potential career path in the USA.

We have NSO Birth Certificates, but I heard that if they are sort of hard to read that to provide other documents to help verify the information on the NSO Birth Certificate. So we are providing copies of the original birth certificate, baptismal records, school record, etc. just in case they do ask for it.

So am I good to go? Hopefully all this months of preparation pays off and my fiancee and I can finally breathe a little better once everything is done. Thanks for helping with my list!

Don't forget the 2x2 Pictures attached to the DS forms. :)

I agree with the diploma and RN license. I brought my credentials because the CO asked me what I do and I said I'm a nurse. And she said "THAT'S GREAT DO YOU PLAN TO WORK? GREAT!" So bring it in case they will need proof.

Baptismal Cert is very important in case there are blurred info in the Birth Cert. One applicant was saved from being sent home because she had her Baptismal Cert with her.

hi! goodluck to your upcoming interview,,, Thanks for the list...i just wanna know if Affidavit of Parental Consent for Marriage is really needed? my interview will be on Dec 09... Thanks! God Bless!

How old are you? If you're below 23 (I think) You may need it for the CFO seminar.

Hi Good luck for the interview! Is it really necessary to include the I-129F petition? Fiance failed to make copies for the whole package. :(

It's recommended to bring a copy of the I-129F petition but not really required. NOA2 will be enough I guess.

Your welcome, older NBI and intent letters are not always a deal breaker some have older docs and pass but I cant decide if that is just luck so better to be prepared. I will be facing this all myself nov 25th. Goodluck!!
