If I apply for a greencard for my parents, will my brother and sister also get one?

I will become a US citizen next year. I want to apply for my parents and brother/sister to get a greencard. My brother will be turning 21 around the same time. My sister will be 12. If I apply for my parents, will my brother/sister get it too? If I have to apply seperately, which one is faster, for me to apply for them, or wait until my parents get a green card and they apply for them, they can do that with a green card since neither my brother or sister are married. Around how long do each of these options take?

no, your siblings cannot come with your parents, siblings aren't derivatives on parent's petitions.

if you file for your siblings, no matter what age they are, the wait is over 10 years for them to come. you can file for your older sibling separatly just in case. until you become a USC, file for your parents and they become LPRs, your brother will be over 21. if your parents file for him, the wait is over 8 years currently and he cannot marry.

It will take a lot less time for your younger sister, because she will be under 21, the wait for unmarried children under 21 of LPR is more than 2 years.
