Me and my husband want to go to Las Vegas/Florida for a vacation, I was wondering if it will be ok for me to go(via airplane), without any trouble from USCIS.

I'm adjusting from B1 visa, which has expired. We filed in August of this year. I have already received my EAD, SS, and drivers permit. Im just waiting for my interview letter in the mail.

You should be fine if you are traveling by air. You will need to take a photo ID with you. Just take a copy of your NOA just in case. Also, make sure the name on your ticket matches the name on your ID.

If you have an EAD, then you're here legally, and can even work! Irregardless, USCIS generally will not deport anyone who has AOS pending. Picture ID is all you need; bring a copy of the AOS letter if you want additional peace of mind.
