Questions about interview

my case complete in October and i see people say maybe my interview can be in January

so i wonder

* is they will be ask me for the Texas papers for the new year (2011) and i can take the visa from first interview

*can i make medical exam`s before interview or i have to wait until go to interview and then make it and then make other interview

*and if i have to go to other interview so i have to make appointment for second interview and how long i wait for my other interview or what i have to do
