i still do not understand all of this...his interview is on tuesday and i feel he will be placed in the same as ur fiance..i have faith in him,that he will pass but all the same it depends on the person giving him the interview.. thank u for your time

Well as far as red flags, #1 is our age difference, #2 his previous marriage to american woman, #3 I divorced only after I came back after 2nd visit, although I have never lived with my 2nd husband, they might have looked at that not knowing I never lived with him at all, should have annulled marriage but just did not make time & money for that...We have known each other 4 years now and although these might have been red flags, who knows. I might or might never know. I or we are on administive review and is in USCIS hands. Our relationship is even more solid as we speak. We want to be together because both of us have invested alot of time with our relationship and we love each other very much.
