Common Mistakes on IV Applications?

Hi friends,

I need your help to understand something while I am filling the DS-230 Form.

#1 - Complete ALL sections of the application. DO NOT leave any question unanswered. This includes all parts of questions 22 and 23.

#2 - DO NOT use the term "not applicable" or "N/A". Instead write "none" or "never".

When we download the form DS-230, then it gives instruction - Mark questions that are Not Application with "N/A".

I really dont know what to follow. Whether I should follow "N/A" or "none". Very confused.

Any help would be much appreciated.

just write N/A to all but one question say "are you been in the United States" you answer "Never" if that is the case
