Hi Friends:

My Green Card has been approved and forwarded DS230 together with the documents to NVC. Now, I am awaiting my interview date.

I am sure that some one can tell their experiences in US Consulate.

?

Under employments based category, what types of questions are asked ?

Thank you,

Krishna

They will ask about your qualifications, as well as why you want to work in the USA.

BTW, your greencard has not been approved, you MAY get approved for a visa at the interview, but greencard is some time away.

Never come across an EB4 before, I guess it would depend on which category you fell in.

The GC would be a plane ride away, all other things being equal.

The fraud level for religious visa's is very high, so you can expect a grilling.

yep I would agree with Boiler, this is one of the most abused visa category and specially from India lot of ppl have abused this visa category in past.

You might have to go thru tough questioning plus what you are doing now etc.
