my wife is in belarus,, she overstayed here 5 years ago and we have been married for 1.5 years.. homeland security vienna received the I-601 waiver. the consul in warsaw said i had proven my need for her medically but to add more for financial hardship. they received it the last week of august 2011. we were told we had 3 months to add additional information, which i did and had politicians check on it.. they said it would take 3 to 4 months for them to decide.. has anyone had any experience with vienna thanks jameslee
