Ok, came to the US as a benefeciary and became a citizen, things did not work out with my american wife so we got a divorce.

Went back to my country and married my ex-gilrfiend whom we had a child together 12 years ago,(this child is here in the US) new wife now has other children does not live with their father.

Petioned for this new wife now, but worried about having being married before (to the american)now am married to an ex-girlfriend after divorcing the american and how to explain about these other step children whom am trying to bring.

anyone know any experience with this?

this fits the common 'fraud' label .

slow, long term, far reaching, but still, a fraud label.

You'll need to submit a lot of stuff with the I-130 submittal, as you've a red flag or three.

Sometimes my language usage seems confusing - please feel free to 'read it twice', just in case !

married in 04, came to US in 05, separated in 09, divorce decree finalised jan 2010, married girlfriend dec 2010.

i know it does not look good.

Married long enough to gain US citizenship, it doesn't look good at all.
