What do I do with my chest x-ray?

Hi all,

I'm just gathering my AOS documents together (getting married tomorrow!) so planning to file ASAP. I have everything In order the only issue is I'm a bit confused as when I entered the country I tried to give my chest xray to the IO and he didn't want to take it as he said he didn't need it! I thought that they took it off you at that point so my question is what do I do with it, hang onto it or pop it in the post along with the other AOS documentation? Advise please! Thanks!
