When filling out the DS-230 form Question 35 - asking about previous visits to the USA...do we include all visits or only a visit where a VISA was required? Also - if I don't remember ALL exact dates for travel to the US (as I have been over 100 times since i've been born) - including many I would have forgotten) is that ok?

Using Saylin's recommendations as a basis, my husband listed out all the crossings documented in his most recent passport.

It went onto a supplement sheet and then he wrote at the bottom: "As a Canadian, I’ve had multiple visits to the USA of varying lengths of time since I was a young child and of which I don’t recall the specific dates and don’t have evidence/information for all those crossings. Each time I have gone to visit the USA though, I have always been inspected by a United States Customs and Border Protection officer upon entry."

In my preparation for that time I pulled out all my old passports, listed what I had and said I have no records before that time. I'm hoping it will be ok. I too have been across the border tons of times.
