How long we have to wait for real green card after welcome letter arrived

We got our welcome to The United States of America letter by mail on 23rd, it said that "We will soon mail you a new Permenent Resident Card, you should receive it within the next 3 weeks." so, you guys in VJ have idea that how long it will take to get that real green card although i heard that it is not GREEN.

No, it is not green.

You should receive the GC in less than 2 weeks from your approval.

I got my wife's GC (which is not green) six days after approval. We got it on the same day that we got the "Welcome Letter". :thumbs:

My welcome letter was mailed on 15th Sept i recieved it on 19th Sept

I'm still waiting on my greencard :(
