Hello, I'm starting to make the letter of employment for my boss to copy and sign it. I'm currently working for 15 an hour and i started on april. I just found out today that the company is giving me a raised for 25 an hour. Should i put i make annually 28800 or 48000 annually. My pay stab will not be updated till next month and my current payroll is still 15 ( 28800 ) annually. And her interview is on dec 1. thanks a bunch

12/8/2010 - Got engaged!

03/10/2011 - Left Philippines

06/08/2011 - I 129f sent

06/12/2011 - I-129f received.

06/12/2011 - Routed to CSC

06/13/11 NOA1

06/17/11 NOA1 Touched

10/24/11 - Called USCIS Service Request

11/2/11 Retouch

11/2/11 APPROVED

11/5/11 Another NOA2 Notice?

11/8/11 Called NVC get my Case Number / Received.

11/14/11 Paid Interview Visa using BPI / No interview date due to slow website update!

11/16/11 Medical

12/1/11 Interview

12/1/11 - 221g - Need police clearance qatar. SIGH

12/4/11 Hired a P.R.O to do the police clearance in Qatar

12/29/ P.R.O Mailed the PCC to my fiance using DHL

1/3/12 Received PCC from QATAR, dog chewed it :(

1/4/12 Sent the taped PCC to USEM

1/6/12 USEM received 221g

2/14/12 - APPROVED happy valentines day!

I don't have much experience since we just started on filling out information but I would say on your letter you should state that you just got promoted to 25 hour shift from 15 hour shift. If you say you earn 48k and can't provide proof by the time of the interview it may not look that good.

Married June 2011.

Began applying October 2011

First --you cannot make a letter -your employer HR has to make the letter with the company letterhead .

Secondly --the letter has to state correctly your annual income . Date hired and years hired ( 1 yr etc) .Position held . If the position is permanent or not .Finally if there is prospects for performance -based advancement and salary increses .

Thirdly -you can ask for the letter to be done when you get a promotion as to reflect the new annual salary .

Fourthly --if you only have 2 in the household (you and yr fiancee) --then you have qualified above the poverty line with yr 28,800 salary .

07/01/2015 = Oath letter received
07/24/2015 = Oath Cerememony

We dont have HR :x. The manager is doing it. Just giving him the example how it will look like.
