My wife has her B2 interview on Dec. 6th I just wanted to touch base on what to bring

Form I-134

Bank Statements

Consular Letter

Invitation Letter

Our I-130 Packet to prove that she has ties to return to her country to finish the CR-1 process

What can you guys recommend?

It doesn't show strong tied to return to her home country as she wish to file I-130 after that.

Will suggest you to find alternate evidences that will make your case stronger.

To me showing I-130 that has not been filed yet already says immigration intent. Its doubtful that will really help with a visitor visa.

Your I-129f was approved in 5 days from your NOA1 date.

Your interview took 67 days from your I-129F NOA1 date.

AOS was approved in 2 months and 8 days without interview.

ROC was approved in 3 months and 2 days without interview.

Honestly, OP? It would be almost impossible for your wife to get her B2 visa approved, as she is already married to a US citizen. I know, you want to file for a CR1, and that is great. But seeing that she is already married to a US citizen, the possibility of her being able to get a B2 visa is very slim, if existent at all.

But if you still want to try, by all means. She just needs better proof of STRONG TIES to Mexico, more than the ones you've already mentioned.

Documents like car loan payments, house ownership, bank account statements (you have that already, I see), and letter from employer, among others.

December 2009 -- Visit to Malaysia.

February 2010 -- Applied for B2 visa, approved.

March 2010 -- Visited US.

April 2010 -- Returned from US.

May 2010 -- Sent in K1 Visa application.

July 2010 -- Received NOA2 in 71 days from NOA1.

July 2010 -- Packet 3 received.

August 2010 -- Cancellation of K1 Visa application.
