I saw that too... I suppose we'll see in a month's time whether they are making any progress with F2A petitions or whether they have again stopped processing our cases.

I hope you get your approval soon - your priority date is already close, it shouldn't take that much longer.

My priority date was August 2010 and by May 2010 I started to get concerned on the length of time it was taking the Vermont Service center to send out an approval, so I called USCIS and received a general letter saying how they are looking into the matter and will take 60 days. Sixty days came and were gone so I called the UScIS headquarters to make a complaint in August I believe. By september I received an approval finally, BUT there was a typo on the PD. Then it took USCIS another month to correct that and I'm still struggling with NVC to update their system. Vermont Service is slow.

Vermont is very very slow, i also check on the uscis website and found that they processing date is currently novemeber 20 , just two days away from my PD date which is 23 Nov 2010. I which they will approve my petition by the first week of December.
