I don't know why NVC forwarded our case to different embassy

####### We don't know why NVC did this even we mentioned on I-129f form that our consulate is in NEW DELHI but NVC forwarded to MUMBAI CONSULATE. I called to NVC and asked them about my petition the lady gave me nvc petition number BMB**** and said your petition sent to MUMBAI and I asked her why they did this but she said she have no idea about this.Anyone knows that why NVC did this with us and can we transfer our case to NEW DELHI CONSULATE please help us.

Sorry but i already told you yesterday clearly how to transfer your case. Check your other post on this please. Many people answered on it.

Your I-129f was approved in 5 days from your NOA1 date.

Your interview took 67 days from your I-129F NOA1 date.

AOS was approved in 2 months and 8 days without interview.

ROC was approved in 3 months and 2 days without interview.

I know you told me and thank you so much for doing this but my concern is why nvc transferred to different embassy.

Your real concern should be how to get it to the embassy that will better serve your goal... the rest is just whining... :bonk:

does it really matter why?? it has happened now and you need to take the steps required to get it moved to the correct embassy
