what should i send??

hi there

i am sending Ds-230 this week, what civil documents do i have to get so i can send them all??..i went to korea and stayed there for almost 6 months..should i need to get police clearance there,,but i've read that i can't get police clearance in korea if i'm not physically there..hope somebody here could help me in this matter...

04-13-2011: filed the I-130 at the (USCIS)

04-15-2011: USCIS received the I-130

07-04-2011: got the receipt from the USCIS

07-12-2011: USCIS approved the petition

and forwarded the case to the NVC

08-14-2011: NVC issued my case number

now time to pay the AOS fee bill

08-15-2011: paid the AOS fee bill

09-15-2011: submit the DS-3032

09-17-2011: need to pay IV fee bill

09-20-2011; need to submit 1-864

10-11-2011: paid the IV fee bill

10-14-2011: sent the i-864 to the NVC via 2GO courier:)

11-08-2011: got email from NVC we have to submit DS-230 and other docs.

Pre-Interview Forms / Items:

1. Completed and signed OF-169.

2. Completed and signed Of-230 Part 1 and 2 forms.

3. I-864 Affidavit of Support Form along with past 3 year U.S tax returns (or transcripts) and any other financial documents required.

4. A copy of intending immigrants biographic page of passport(s) including expiration date.

5. Original or certified "long" birth certificate.

*6. Original adoption decree. (if applicable)

7. Marriage certificate. (if applicable)

8. Divorce decree(s) or death certificate(s) (if applicable)

9. Police certificate(s)

**10. Court and prison records.(if applicable)

11. Custody records. (if applicable)

12. Military records (if applicable)

Yes you can get a Korean Police Certificate my wife went to the Korean embassy in manila and got one but it took 1 month to receive. Since it was only six months though you will not need one.

2/13/2010: Met in Korea

1/21/2011: Married in Tacloban City

USCIS (135 days)

2/23/2011: sent I-130 and I-129f

3/6/2011: received NOA1 for I-130

3/16/2011: received NOA1 for I-129f

6/17/2011: received NOA2 for I-130 and I-129f

NVC(74 Days)

7/18/2011: NVC received and case number assigned

7/20/2011: NVC Administratively closes I-129f

7/30/2011: emailed DS-3032

8/24/2011: FINALLY received AOS Fee and PAID also sent DS-3032 for the third time (PAID on 8/25)

8/26/2011: Received DS-3032 Acceptance email

9/01/2011: Received IV fee and paid (PAID on 9/02)

9/07/2011: Delivered I-864 and DS-230 to NVC (mailed on 9/06/2011)

9/12/2011: RFE For using expired DS-230 found here on VJ

9/19/2011: Sent to NVC new DS-230 and Japanese police clearance

9/23/2011: Case Complete

Manila Consulate(39 days)

9/30/2011: Manila Consulate receives Case and Schedules interview

11/02/2011: Medical at St. Lukes Medical Extension Center 11/03/2011-Medical Finished and everything is GOOD!

11/08/2011: Interview scheduled at Manila Consulate-Approved

11/15/2011: Visa in Hand

11/19/2011: POE Atlanta
