Hello All,

I am a Canadian Citizen whose finace will 100% land a sponsored job in the States (he is also a Canadian Citizen)who has been in school in the states for the last 3 years.

I am trying to figure out ANY possible way to be with him - and be allowed to work.

Any help, ideas, suggestions, or references would be greatly appreciated.

Help please,

Tired of Long Distance

Not unless the company pays for a visa for you too which you have to ask the company when hes hired. They only do this for married people not fiances.

Your I-129f was approved in 5 days from your NOA1 date.

Your interview took 67 days from your I-129F NOA1 date.

AOS was approved in 2 months and 8 days without interview.

ROC was approved in 3 months and 2 days without interview.

He's in the medical field, and if we would need to be married, then we would get married.

Can you ask companys that? Is it a normal question?
