hello VJ members... :) i just want to have an idea... how long is the longest time before you get your NOA1? i know some here got them just few days or couple of days, but i just want to know what is the longest or who are the members that experienced a long waiting just for K1 NOA1.... thank you :)

NOA1 should take anywhere from 2 days to 7 days. It's the NOA2 that is a longer wait.

December 2009 -- Visit to Malaysia.

February 2010 -- Applied for B2 visa, approved.

March 2010 -- Visited US.

April 2010 -- Returned from US.

May 2010 -- Sent in K1 Visa application.

July 2010 -- Received NOA2 in 71 days from NOA1.

July 2010 -- Packet 3 received.

August 2010 -- Cancellation of K1 Visa application.

Hello sis! Me i just got noa1 after 7 days..it takes 7 -10 days the Noa1 send to applicant.God bless

I sent my package on 11/09/2011 Next Day, I just received my NOA1 Text today 11/15/2011 , checked status online and it said they received my application on 11/10/2011

11/09/2011 Mailed I129F

11/10/2011 UCIS Received NOA1

04/03/2012 NOA2

04/12/2012 NVC Received Case

04/16/2012 NVC Forwarded Case to CDJ

04/19/2012 CDJ Received

05/21/2012 Interview !!! Approved!!!!

05/24/2012 POE Zaragoza

05/26/2012 Flew in to LAX

06/01/2012 Applied for SSN Approved

06/09/2012 Married in Miami Beach

AOS

07/12/2012 Mailed I-485 , I-131 and I-765

07/13/2012 Chicago Lock box received our package
