Hello, everyone!

I'm getting everything ready for filing (CR-1). Got all the forms filled out already and putting together the proof now. I made up this cover letter and was wondering if everythign looks good to go? or am I missing somethings/typo? Also should I put CR-1 somewhere on the cover letter? or does it really not matter.

Any help would be greatly appreicated.

Thank you!

You should! Finally, include email address under signature and don't forget to sign your signature. Good luck and God bless!

How many pictures should I provide? Do they have to be original pics or can I photocopy them? Thx :)

Up to 8 pictures.

Yes, pictures should be original, but you can re-print the pictures anytime.

Yeah, putting the passport is fine but there's so many pages from front to end (so copy it back to back and staple them, I guess.) You can tape pictures on paper with matching labels or you can just leave them on a not so thick album. I placed and wrapped Form G-1145 around the package with rubber band and included it at the very end of my packet lists after evidence of the bonafide marriage.

Prob looks like a lot of ppls cover letter :)

I don't need beneficiary passport or

Anything?

Yea, the beneficiary's passport is not required at the I130 packet stage. In general, I like to give them what they ask for in the form instructions - nothing more, nothing less. :)
