Hi there.. does anyone have a suggestion to view a sample I31 Form that is just a general travel advanced parole... the one on this site is from australia and is about a specific trip date.

I'm from ontario and wanting parole for many trips at various times.

Thank you!

You don't put a date. K-1 gets AP without having to put dates and trips on it.

If you have a trip coming up that you want the card by then put that trip on the form in hopes you can get the card a little sooner.

Your I-129f was approved in 5 days from your NOA1 date.

Your interview took 67 days from your I-129F NOA1 date.

AOS was approved in 2 months and 8 days without interview.

ROC was approved in 3 months and 2 days without interview.

Thanks! but I"m still looking for an example of what to actually fill in if I'm not taking a trip. Also if you know of a really comprehensive list of what to include in this bundle, I found one but I think there's more. Example, 2 passport pictures?? Isn't there more?

Have a look at the AOS thread in my signature. It's the complete list.

For AP you just put "unknown" for both date and length and tick multiple trips. If there's a date you'd like it by, put that (no guarantees though). Unknown is what I put (and many others), approved without issue.

Also, just 'cause I wasn't sure you know, once you get your greencard AP is irrelevant. Unless you're planning on going back every week you'll probably only use AP once before you get your GC. I never used mine. Oh, and make sure you send the EAD as well. They come as a combo card if you do it that way (which I personally would have preferred).. AP was just a piece of paper.

I would recommend reading the instructions for EVERY form you're filling out. So the 131, 485 etc. They all say they require two photos from what I remember. I wouldn't just follow the guides, but use the guides to supplement the actual official instructions on the forms.

Sapphire is right..i think i sent in like 6 pictures.

you have to remember, when you send the aos package..all the different forms get pulled apart and sent to different places. so what you should do is carefully follow the instructions on each form. work on one at a time, when yoru done with say i-765, paperclip it together and put it aside..and forget what you put with it, then do the 1-131, same thing and then i-485. i know it seems simple enought to say but i put this with that etc..but you have to do them all independantley of each other.

also include an aos letter..there are a few around here one i posted a while ago for slider and a few others stating what is in the package and that you have the receipt for photos and its attached to one of the forms. this is the only thing you wont have more than one of.
