Now, may I ask or confirm if K-1 & K-2 Visa could be used for tourist or vacation? let say 1-2 months only ? I just thought not marrying anymore my Fiance as at this time he is still on limbo (though visa on hand), so as not to waste the expenses and efforts spent in getting the visa, we might as well use it to travel for tourist / vacation purpose.

Nobody knows what's going through you and your fiances head by the time you get in the US. You presented all the necessary documents with an intent to marry that's why you got the visa now at hand. So my answer is yes- provided that you will not overstay. Just be consistent with the papers that you are going to sign.

But my thoughts are- I'll just save those airfare for rice supply or Japan Disneyland for the pleasure.

OMG. Where is the fraud if the fiance(e) enters, doesn't get married and simply leaves?

Highlighted above is all you need to do

Thank you for the very smart reply :) Just confirming - thanks lots and God bless you :)

You are paying for 3 peoples roundtrip airfares, wherein some couples here are posting questions on how to save on their flight for just 1 person! Sounds like you are not financially deprived so I guess you can apply for a tourist visa too.

Yeah, I applied 3 years ago but consul didn't even look at my travel history, bank deposits, real properties documents, work documents, business permits, etc. He just asked me who is going to take care of my kids ? I said I have someone helping me. I was denied very fast, haha! My kids don't have tourist visa, that is why I thought of using it, just in case I will made up my mind in time for school break. Spent a lot for payment of visa, medical, local flights, hotels, etc. so I just thought of using before it expires, but will surely come back home. I got visa of Australia & Canada - both multiple entries, it was easier with these countries, no interview just have to submit required documents and evidences. Just used once for vacation & short-term scholarships. I had it expired since I got a secured job here and have to take care of my growing kids:)

Just reapply. A lot of tourist pr multiple visa holders are denied on their first attempt. Maybe your interviewer just didn't have enough sex the night before he interviewed you.

Have a good day! I just wanna thank everyone who shared wonderful thoughts or insights to my case yesterday. I really appreciate it deep in my heart.:) Now, may I ask or confirm if K-1 & K-2 Visa could be used for tourist or vacation? let say 1-2 months only ? I just thought not marrying anymore my Fiance as at this time he is still on limbo (though visa on hand), so as not to waste the expenses and efforts spent in getting the visa, we might as well use it to travel for tourist / vacation purpose. It would be great for my kids as well. I have a couple of relatives in the US and of course it would be nice too that we could also visit my Fiance and see his place and meet his family.

For now, I just thought of not getting into marriage, don't wanna force someone who is pessimistic and lack of faith in God and not fully committed of what he believes. It is sad and painful, but I just need to be strong. I'm still thankful to God for I know he has a very good reason why things happened. I don't have any anger with my Fiance, we still talk and still in a relationship. I just thought that we just take our time, keep the friendship, no pressures and if God will really bring us together someday or somehow, let it be. I trust God, he knows best for sure :)

Just a thought, is it possible? How is it to be at the POE ? Is there no possible issue? I know we have to come back before 90 days. Life is better this way. God bless and thank you all again in advance. Take care everyone. :)

yes you can use your k1 and k2 visa to enter USA, as long come back before the visa expiration...in Port of entry usually after the officer check your sealed envelope documents, they will ask you some quetion like name of your fiance, and when is your wedding, so you can answer any date, then usually the last words from officer is '' REMEMBER YOU NEED TO COMEBACK TO YOUR HOMELAND IF NO MARRIED HAPPEN'' so you can use your k1 and k2 visa to enter in USA...
