No approvals on ROC since when?

I just noticed that there are no approvals lately...

When was the last time an ROC application was approved? I been checking month by month threads and no luck. LoL

Still... On-Queue

I heard that Vermont only handles certain types of applications during specific time periods. Maybe California is the same. It seems to be accurate, since you will have dry spells with almost no approvals at all for several weeks or even a month for a particular type of case (e.g. the I-751), and then it usually starts back up again.

And you're right, I haven't seen many approvals either for Vermont or California lately.

Yup a lot of people have either not updated or not even filled one in recently on here. It really doesn't help at all! headbonk.gif

LoL. I'm just sharing my anxieties and frustrations to everyone. hehehe.

I keep asking myself, why me (and my wife) are still waiting. Why we can;t be those approved already. ahahaha. Crazy thinking.

I have a board exam (NCLEX) coming and sometimes this pending case makes me out of focus. Grrrrr. LoL

Still...On-Queue

Exactly, and that's mind boggling cause September filer (I'm happy for him/her) but there are Feb - August filers that are still pending.

Whatever (sigh) ... still, On-Queue.

No doubt, theres a few people around waiting 8 months now with no news but a random Sept 9th filer gets it out of nowhere. Approved in 2 months aprox.

Heh, count me in. I heard that in some cases relocation to local office resulted in a 2-year processing time! Not sure why and how that would happen but we are all waiting.

Filed June, RFE received 2 weeks after Bio & responded a month later, then relocation to local office (LA) received in 2 weeks, now it's been 5 weeks a no news.

Just wonder, if s*it hits the fan and 9 months wait passes by the AoS notice date, should I just call my local congressman and file the N400 anyway?

That's the situation I'm in, and I did exactly that.

I also heard from a lawyer friend who has a large number of I-751, that he and his colleagues got 8 approvals so far in November (amazingly, 5 of them were filed in February!).
