What type of visa is it? Was a petition submitted directly for you, or are you applying for a derivative visa based on a petition filed for someone else (your mother, perhaps)? How old are you? How old were you when your mother married your step-father?

12/15/2009 - K1 Visa Interview - APPROVED!

12/29/2009 - Married in Oakland, CA!

08/18/2010 - AOS Interview - APPROVED!

05/01/2013 - Removal of Conditions - APPROVED!

How old are you now? A K4 has to be issued within a year of the K3 visa.

You have to prove you are the biological child of your mother, at a minimum. This usually means stuff like your birth certificate with your mom's name on it, school or church records from when you were a child, photos of you and your mother as you were growing up, etc. If they have significant doubts about your relationship to your mother then they may ask for a DNA test, but this isn't common. They already have the other evidence they need, but they may ask to examine the original documents at the interview, such as your mother and step-father's marriage certificate. If your mother has already obtained her green card then they might want a copy of the approval notice for her I-485.

If you are still under 21 years old, and if your biological father is alive and listed on your birth certificate, then you may need a "quit claim" letter from him granting his permission for you to emigrate to the United States. Whether or not this is needed will vary according to the custody laws of your country.

Most of this stuff should be described in your interview appointment letter.

Is one of your parents going to the interview with you?
