Hello thank for your assistance, yes I really need your help. My wife is pregnant now and I want to get to the US in 5 months or 6 months. Plz send me a sample of expedite letter. We are requesting it for financial loss. Thank u for ur cooperation

Well, I'm not sure about using an expedite letter for financial purposes, it's usually done for medical reasons but good luck. Here is my sample letter of an expedite I-130 Spouse and enclosed a letter of evidence from the doctor (in your case wife being pregnant and so forth.)

Joe there is something i do not understand. Because of the last earthquake that struck our country ( Haiti) USCIS put on their website that all haitian beneficiary for whom a I-130 was filed will be automatically expedite. Why now my wife called and they are requesting her documents? see the link of uscis website as proof: http://www.uscis.gov/portal/site/uscis/menuitem.5af9bb95919f35e66f614176543f6d1a/?vgnextoid=7b001ef371367210VgnVCM100000082ca60aRCRD&vgnextchannel=68439c7755cb9010VgnVCM10000045f3d6a1RCRD

no, but the 'best time' has passed, already.

now yer into the '2nd best time' .

usually, when the NOA-1 arrives, that is 'a time' that the expedite can be requested, but you'll need to call into USCIS, get a Tier 2 ISO Human, inquire for their process.

well, I must assume 'the phone call wasn't handled correctly'

ie - she not get any Tier 2 ISO Human at all.

But it's an assumption, aye?

Exactly WHAT documents were requested?

Tier 1 CSRs are braindead.

Sometimes my language usage seems confusing - please feel free to 'read it twice', just in case !

They did not specify which documents they just email us and asking a letter explaning our situation and supporting documents. However, i do not understand why we have been asking documents because accoding to the USCIS link i show you, haitian beneficiary petition are automatically expedited. My wife just call them, they say that it is for TPS which is not true. It shows that it is for fiance and spouse visa applican/petitioner. I see some haitian cases being expedited without request, some are not. Please what would you suggest?

I suggest she call in, get a Tier 2 ISO Human

and start training up that Tier 2 ISO Human about the USCIS link.

Tier 2 ISOs are trainable, Tier 1 CSRs are not.

'..in case they still..'

See, the whole bit is, really,

is IF the casefile qualifies for an expedite,

then the USCitizen Petitioner needs to TRAIN UP

the Tier 2 ISO on this expedite qualification.

Once that's done, you'll find 'no other documents' required.

But - you really not focusing on a 'list of documents' at this point..

Good Luck to you !

Joydee,

I see haitian beneficiary here where their NOA2 take time to be approved and those cases, according to me, are not expedited. In addition, why USCIS is requesting us supporting documents and it is like they are not aware of the decision that is posted on their website.
