Hi VJ friends,

I need your views about my situation, and I then can start to get ready for my next step.

What kind of doc, proof do they require to ensure that we have a on-going healthy relationship.

I would like to share my quick story, so you guys can suggest me, so I can try my best to collect all necessary documents.

My darling wife and me have been living together for 3 years in India, and have been married for 2 years. I first met her online in 2007, and we had daily video chat on Yahoo for 8-10 hours a day! I used to send alot of gifts, flowers, etc etc. Do I require to print of bills for all gifts? I may find some bills in my e-mail, but not sure how many.

We finally met in 2009 in person, have been living together since then. I bought the engagement ring, necklaces, so many things, but I paid all this in CASH, plus I have lost all these bills. As I was going thru with alot of hard time, so I lost of hard copy bills. Even we stayed in many hotels, but lost almost all bills, but most of times, I paid hotel bills thru credit card/debit card. Whatever I can track the best, I only looked at my credit card statement to find out some bills, expenses, but I cant find all.

I have some physical copy bills for buying the jewels in Chennai. I was pretty careless with physical copies, and likes throw them away, and prefer the digital copies only.

Overall, we both are living together, she extended her visa two times in India, and has mentioned our local address. We do shop together, glossary, etc etc, and have all those expenses on my credit cards.

Since we have not traveled much in India, we may not have much photos, plus I am not photo type guy, so didnt care much about big photo collection at all.

Legally we together have a Pvt Ltd company in India, where she is one of director and a share holder as I am.

I would like to know what kind of things I should bring to show that we have an on-going relationship and really have great time with each other.

Just a note, we have few red flags in our case, like big age different, my family is not aware about this marriage since I have moved away from home past 3 yrs. Since my family cant understand this, so I didnt tell, as I dont want her and my life on risk, as some Indian families can get crazy and want to kill, so simply I live away from family for all these reasons.

but my father-in-law is aware about this marriage, and they are perfectly happy with this. He is supporting us, and helping us in many ways. He is also co-sponsor in this case since my darling is a housewife.

I didnt make any rush decision for this relationship, I was well understood, and clear. It didnt make any odd situation, because I have so many friends/clients who have similar stories.

I would appreciate your feedback, guidance and help. Sincerely appreciate your valuable time.

Thank you!

Thank you friend! :-) I am thinking to order a new album of wedding pictures, some of other trip pictures. We also have joint bank account in FirstBank USA since 2008. So I guess, it can be a plus point too.

Sometimes my language usage seems confusing - please feel free to 'read it twice', just in case !

I don't have any chat records anymore. Since all logs are saved in local drive, and I have switched my laptop long time back. Plus we are living together for 3 years, so we dont require to use Yahoo/Skype!!!

No, didnt ever visit in US. I signed the documents, passport copy, and sent it to my darling. After that, she submitted those documents in FirstBank, and they opened our joint bank account.

Could you please me the hightlight those 6 types of stuff? I am not sure. May be, any link reference would be great.

Much appreciated your help!
