This may be a silly question but I just want to double check.

when filing the initial petition you need 2 copies of the G-325A.

Am I correct when I say this is biographical informatuion in myself, the alien fiance and not the US citizen. We send 2 copies, one filled out and signed by myself, and the other filled out and signed by my fiance?

Soo essentially its the same document twice, filled out exactly the same but signed by 2 different people?

The US Citizen/Petitioner fills out their own G-325A with their own information and signs and dates it.

The Fiance(e)/Beneficiary fills out their own G-325A as well with their own information and signs and dates it. So if your fiancee lives overseas, she has to fill it out/sign and date it/ and mail it to you.

Both of you have to fill the form. Different G-325A information from you and your fiance (e). The biographic information belongs to whom that signed it.
