They can still assemble and protest, they just can't be sleeping in a public park. There's vagrancy and curfew laws to be enforced. So go back today, assemble, protest and go back to your house when park curfew begins.

Their purpose is obviously political in nature and why they are occupying public areas. It's not like they are on private property. They are on public property.

They might be a bunch of whiney losers, but hey have a right to be there to fight for their cause. It's not up to the city to determine "when" they can protest. They completely defeats the purpose of the protest.

And she represents South Central LA? This is just one small example, they go there and enrich themselves with info no one else is privy to.

And there's Republican's just as bad as this. OWS is at the wrong spot protesting.
