i-130 was completed at NVC, then upgraded

I filed 1-130 for my wife in April, 2009. It was approved in August 2010 by USCIS. Then the NVC completed all the paperwork needed at Oct, 2010. Fortunately I became a citizen in Nov 9th. Then I sent the upgrade (certificate copy and both bio-info of mine and my wife such as the case number, date birth blahblah etc)to them. Today i recieved an email saying that the case in underview and when the review is done appropriate steps will taken. But when I called the customer service, it said that my case was reviewed and information missing or incomplete was found and a letter was mailed to me.

I am very upset and frustrated here. Please let me if somebody have seen this scenerio. thanks in Advance

To be more clear they have every damn paper that you would think of and all forms were filled. CASE COMPLETE and WAS INLINE FOR VISA AVAILABILITY......

Did you called the customer service only? or did you ask to talk to NVC Supervisor? You can ask to talk to NVC supervisor and ask her?him if she/he can help you.

I only did call the customer service operator. No Supervisor, I tried that before in 2009, but failed, because simply the operator refused and said that I could not. Tell me the tricks or the procedure guys. I am so desperate to know what the heck is going on in my case, and it will be great to talk to the person that is handling my case. Thank you for asking though

I really did not talk a supervisor. But now it says the case is completed and due to the capacity of the embassy interview was not scheduled. NOw is 1RI, I hope it comes in Jan 2012. soon

Yes congra!!! US embassy in Addis which they are completely busy, they are scheduling for visa interview with in 90 days. You looking in Feb or Mar...

I am crossing my fingers for the interview to occur in early Jan hopefully. I would like to see if anyone went through the Addis Ababa US embassy for IRI. Or anyone waiting for interview in Addis ababa Ethiopia so we can share the pain and joy together. thank you guys.

Still counting the days to passby, while my lifespan is speeding away. Visa is stuck, NVC is having a turkey holiday and eating a fresh bird with their beloved ones. But my one is looking the airplanes flying over the capital of Africa to the Pacific.. sorrow and sadness is my companion, but I am the warrior with the hope, " if there is a will there is a way" let's sit tight and work for tommorrow's fortune.
