hello, I just wondering is there anybody in the same boat with me and if is there any solution for my problem. first of all I apply I-485 and I-765 on april 17. Biometric done by June 1st and get my working permit since. I called USCIS after 4 months of filling because I haven't heard and out of processing time;they give me referral number and ask me to wait 60 days. After 60 days there's no update and I make info pass and went to uscis office to find out that they still doing my background check. They ask me to wait another 90 days. is there anything I can do? I have a clean record and never get arrested. thank you in advance for the reply.

Same situation as my cousin, he had to email like thousand times to senator, congressman and one time to First Lady Laura Bush... He was devastated and frustrated for 2.5 years... One morning (2.5 years later) he got a mail to tell him to come to Local Office to pick up the GC without any interview and he was AOSing from F1 Student... The reason was to check background too... Good luck.
