hello VJ

you guys have been so helpful with my last two questions , i'm hoping you can help me out again, i have found out how long it is possible for my parents to stay with us on a tourist trip with a visa waiver which is 90 days but if they want to stay longer could they apply for a B2 tourist visa whilst they are in the US?or would they have to return to the UK?

Moving to Tourist visa forum.

If parents want to stay longer, they need to obtain B1/2 visa BEFORE they come to the US. Visas are issued at US Embassies abroad.

VWP can NOT be extended and if they stay even one day more than allowed, they will never be able to use VWP again.
