Has anyone gotten any response from VSC regarding RFE I'm past 60 days and I'm out of my skin .... I filed VAWA in Oct 2011 and received RFE in July reply in Sep VSC received it Sep 13 and now I'm in waiting mode...RFE was for good faith marriage but I did send them what I had bank statement life insurance policy did not have lease and bills but I wrote and told them why .... Bills were included in rent ....thanks in advance....I love you guys in VAWA part 2 and I don't even know you....

You could always call USCIS and speak to an officer, ask whats up with your case?

Your interview took 67 days from your I-129F NOA1 date.

AOS was approved in 2 months and 8 days without interview.

ROC was approved in 3 months and 2 days without interview.

It takes time ,usually it goes beyond 60days I sent RFE on febuary 2nd.Febuary 8th they received it ,status changed to RFE review,you must hear from us in 60days but didnt hear from them till August the 16th when my vawa was approved so it took 6 months instead of 60 days .Cases are handled differently you may hear from soon or later,but just be patient.All the best.
