Hi. Im sure there's some talk in here regarding this case. If you may, please give the link.

I just wanna know what to do if you receive a letter from USCIS that you need to go to a civil surgeon for vaccinations/medical. My friend came on a K1 visa and it has only been a couple months since her medical/vaccination in the PHilippines.

Should she write back and explain that shes exempted and/or call the USCIS regarding this matter. I never had this problem on my AOS.

Depends what the RFE says. Is she missing shots? Have they lost her medical? Only knowing the exact wording of the RFE can we really offer help.

Didn't she submit the medical paperwork on her aos?it says on the onstruction if medical is incomplete or vaccination isn't complete she need to find civil surgeon to transcribe or complete her vaccines that uscis requires to file for aos.anyways if she receive rfe for cs.she have to go to the website uscis.gov and find sc that close to her place..

RFE said that she should complete part 1 and part 1#5 to be completed by a civil surgeon. She completed part 1 and attached the vaccination form DS3025 that she had in the Philippines (which is the same as mine)..so I don't think she lacks something unless they inserted a new requirement for vaccinations. I've done mine last year, and I had no problems regarding this. We have the same processing office too, in Missouri.

Failure to properly reply to the RFE results in denial so chose the option wisely. I would have a vaccination transcription done.

Yep They're really cracking down. SO many people with this RFE lately.
