I have notice that viewing my time line it changes with the day of the week. Now I know that it will change when people update there information pretty easy to understand. The question I have is this how accurate is this Igor's time line and has anyone NOA2 been close to this? I also would like to know how he or she knows what day that the USICS is working on.

Igor's list is actually fairly accurate (when members update their timelines), but it's truly impossible to tell what actual date USCIS is procesing because only a fraction of petitions filed nationwide compromise Igor's list.

Best bet is to plan on 5-6 months and if NOA-2 arrives quicker then you're ahead of the game.

"Fairly accurate" being a relative term compared to "not accurate at all" Igor's list is based on actual results whereas the USCIS timeline is basically "worst case", unless you are the next "worst case" you petition will be approved sooner than the USCIS timeline suggests.

everything on Igor's list is based on what members input, if members do not inout anything or input wrong information...so it goes.

There is no accurate way to determine when your case will be adjudicated. 5-6 months is not a bad estimate currently.
