Depends on the state, In this state you could get married in the airport when she gets off the plane. Some you have to wait 3 days

She does not need the SSN

You can get the SSN immediately. My wife applied for hers 16 hours after she arrived, had the NUMBER 40 hours after arriving and had the card in her hand 6 days after arriving. Apply in her MAIDEN NAME exactly as in the passport and do not leave the SS office until she has her receipt for her application. The SS administration is full of idiots that male up laws as they go along and you fiancee is entitled to an SSN, so get a supervisor if the first clerk you come across has not been trained. If you want to change the name on the SS card, do so after she has her green card.

we got married 9 days after Alla arrived but that was by our choice, we could have been married the next day
