Hi, I sent the filled I-130 form on 3rd Nov, 2011. Unfortunately form was already expired on 01/11/2011 and I did a great mistake on my wife name too (first name first instead of last name in the form. Other day, I downloaded a new form (expires on 01/11/2012), corrected the name of my wife and resend it with a cover page and reason. Yesterday (12th Nov) I got I-797C where they put wrong name of my wife. I'm not sure they gonna correct with second letter or again I need to call them. How was your experience and any suggestions?

Don't rely on other people's experience in this. It is your responsibility that you make sure the info given to USCIS is consistent with your legal documentation. It is one phone call away to see if they have corrected the problem and, if not already, correct it. Call them.
