NOA 2 or not even more confusion...

Ok, so an update on this confusion:USCIS has not updated the system and all that shows is that a document was being sent to me on Nov 8th. Tier 2 agents cannot provide any information on my case either. I received via mail 3 letters today. First letter, was rejecting an expedite request, 2nd letter was a letter stating that I had request a change of address form(AR-11). I never called in to change my address and the letter even has my Receipt # so totally confused. The 3rd letter is again another letter regectin the expedite but at the bottom it has 2 stamps one says file copy the other stamp on the right side has "Action Completed approved for filing Oct. 27,2011"...anyone understand? Anyone can shed some light pleasE????

02/15/2012-----NOA2 APPROVED ( GREAT VALENTINE'S DAY PRESENT!)

02/28/2012------- DS 3032 ( choice of agent ) emailed to NVC

03/02/2012------- DS 3032 returned to beneficiery

03/02/2012------- DS 3032 resent to NVC

03/02/2012------- AOS fee bill paid

03/05/2012------- AOS fee bill shows " PAID"

03/07/2012------- DS 3032 accepted e-mail by NVC

03/08/2012------- IV fee bill invoiced

03/08/2012------- IV fee bill paid

03/16/2012------- CASE COMPLETE!!!!!!!!

04/11/2012------- Interview Date Schedule for MAY 7TH

that part is accurate, but I dont know why I got the address change I never mentioned any type of address change...nor understand why it says "Action Completed approved for filing Oct. 27,2011" on one of the expedite letters... totally confused...

I don't think it's an approval, as it would say something like "your petition has been approved and is bring forwarded to......". They need to give you some more clarity on those documents.
