Sorry but you HAVE to get the NOA2.

This is needed for filing AOS. So you need to call USCIS and speak to a tier 2 officer and find out what happend to the NOA2 and get it.

Your I-129f was approved in 5 days from your NOA1 date.

Your interview took 67 days from your I-129F NOA1 date.

AOS was approved in 2 months and 8 days without interview.

ROC was approved in 3 months and 2 days without interview.

ok...ill call uscis and talk to a tier 2 person...im sute that they sent it to NVC already and its about the average time they receive it...is dat correct? also am i to assume that maybe they mailed my NOA2 to my residential versus my mailing address? gosh im still waiting for the NOA2...

USCIS will send you the NOA2 hard copy. You can contact NVC when they received your case from USCIS [for NVC Received] and when they forwarded it to US Embassy [for NVC left] then you contact US Embassy when they received the case so you can update Consulate Received in your timeline
