Good people I have a question on form G325A ,"APPLICANT'S LAST ADDRESS OUTSIDE THE UNITED STATES OF MORE THAN ONE YEAR", my wife is filling this form overseas, does she have to fill this part with her current address? she has never travel outside her country before.

Yes. She should write her current address. It should be one of the addresses at "applicant's residence for the last 5 years."
