I have a question for any one with knowledge of manila embassy

what are all the forms required in packet 3 and do any of the forms need to be sent to manila embassy before the interview

I know of DS-156, DS-156K, DS-157, DS-158

As we already have the case number from nvc, i am not sure if nvc has sent off our packet to manila yet but with the case number i have already set up a interview date of nov 28th paid the $350 dollar interview fee, and she is going on Monday for her medical just want to make sure i have all forms ready and send to the embassy any forms they need so here is not a long delay on them mailing things to us and than sending them back

Thanks in advance
