Hi. I am currently filling out my wife's G-325A form in connection with her I-130 application (I am a US citizen; she is a UK citizen). We got married while she was on a travel visa, and I'm sure they will grill us about the marriage, so I want to have the forms in order. She is currently residing with me in the US.

On the G-325A, I have two questions regarding her section for residences:

  1. Is her current residence (where the auto-fill says "to present time") still her UK residence, or do I make it our residence here in the US?
  2. If I do make our US address her current residence, from what date do I make it her current residence? From the date she arrived in the US on this visa? Or from the date we got married (in essence ending the UK address as her permanent residence)?

I am worried if I make it from the date she arrived that it will imply that we had planned on getting married before her arrival-i.e. she intended on getting married prior to coming over and didn't obtain the proper fiance visa. This absolutely wasn't the case.

Thanks
