I got my k1 petition approval from USCIS on 1st November, I called to NVC regarding my case and they told me your case direct sent to Embassy by USCIS if you want to know about your case then call to embassy. I am confused what should I do please help me.

Don't believe them. Apparently this is a common error. The exact same thing happened to me, but apparently it "NEVER" skips the NVC. Even though NVC told me it went directly to the consulate, and a USCIS Level 2 did too, it did not. First stop, NVC. Next stop, embassy.

Moral of the story: Keep calling the NVC until they give you a case number.

Also, the trip through NVC is, thankfully, usually pretty quick. So hopefully it will be for yours, as well.

when your case is complete, your file is sent to the embassy, one to two weeks later start calling the NVC,for your case number,when you get your case number contact the embassy for your interview appointment,and get the papers ready package 3 and 4 ,
