Yes, I know I'm thinking too much. When I'm doing the I129-F package, do I use the G325As from filing the I-130 or do I complete new ones?

RFE Nov. 5, 2008 for incorrect fee

Nov. 6, 2008 Package returned to VSC with correct fee

NO COMMUNICATION FROM USCIS WHATSOEVER!

August 29, 2009 Letter of Intent to start removal proceedings

August 31, 2009 Letter and Phone with Congressman's office

Sept. 3, 2009 Infopass

Sept. 4, 2009 New I-751 submitted with another fee

You could make copies and use the same ones but I would make sure that the signatures are not copies (just to be safe). Also, make sure that you have 4 for you and 4 for your spouse. And don't worry about it!...no question is stupid! I think everyone here is trying to be 100% accurate before submitting anything :thumbs:

right, you should have an original signature on them, so don't photocopy the signed forms and send them in.

other than that, if the info is still correct, you can use the same ones if you have an extra set filled out and not signed.

Thank you both for your help. I just somehow got confused about the if you did certain info on the i-130, it didn't need to be repeated on the I-129F. Heavens help me! LOL!
