hi everyone!

i just get married to a us citizen lady. we are about to fill form I-130. she want her name change before she fill the form. she has already change her name on her social security card. is this enough to prove that she is using my surname now? also can she now fill the form using her new name without any problem with uscis?

your answer will be appreciated

If she can legally prove her name change i.e. marriage certificate showing old name and new name, then she should fill out the form using her new name.
