HI thank you for your reply.

we didn't get any track number when we sent it coz it was by mail.

They haven't cashed the check yet.

No email or text message either.

Usually they will give you a track number for any package that you sent by mail. That's what purpose for. blink.gif

I have no idea what is going on.

I wish I was the one who sent out the package.

my fiance is not good at doing stuff like that.

The 1st time we sent out the package it got returned

becoz he wrote the wrong address.

I didn't want to fight with him about this.

I'm just frustrated.

You should probably tell your fiance to void the cheque and prepare another package. It usually does not take 1 month to get NOA1, if the cheque has not been cashed it is probably lost.

If you decide to send another package make sure you send it by registered mail. Have your fiance ask that a signature be required for delivery. It costs a bit more but probably less than the frustration and lost packages has been costing you....

Your cheque would have been cashed and you would have an NOA1 if you were simply missing documents. I don't think they received the package if your cheque hasn't been cashed and you don't have an NOA1.

The address it is supposed to be sent to is written very clearly on the instructions that accompany the I-129F. Your fiance should double, triple, quadruple check everything since he has not been paying attention to details with your last 2 attempts.
